A high-growth international infrastructure and technology business is seeking a Head of Legal to lead legal support across its European operations.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a commercially minded legal leader who can operate as a trusted business partner across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead legal support across European commercial and corporate matters
Draft, negotiate and advise on complex commercial agreements
Oversee corporate governance and entity management
Advise on regulatory, compliance, and employment matters
Support strategic projects, expansion initiatives, and cross-border transactions
Manage external counsel and build scalable legal processes
Partner closely with senior business stakeholders across Europe and globally
