About the Job

The Director of Legal is senior legal professional, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The role provides legal counsel and support across a broad range of business matters, including commercial contracts, client and vendor agreements, corporate governance, compliance, risk management, employment matters, data privacy, and oversight of outside counsel.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and provide practical legal guidance that supports business objectives while helping the company manage legal and regulatory risk. The Director, Legal partners closely with leaders across Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Technology, and Client Delivery to support the firm's continued growth and evolving business needs.
