As the Head of Operations , you will act as a strategic partner to the Business Head, overseeing all core back‑office and operational support functions. You will ensure that commercial activities are supported by a robust, efficient, and premium‑quality operational backbone, driving excellence across supply chain, customer service, IT, HR, and logistics.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Partner with the Business Head to oversee back‑office operations including after‑sales service, call centre, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, new store openings, IT, and HR.
