Head of People Operations & Workplace Experience

Disrupt.com (formerly Gaditek) in Karachi is looking for a GM People Operations to lead talent acquisition and HR operations while ensuring compliance and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong record in people operations, able to work hands-on to resolve issues and enhance the employee experience.
