Head of Platform Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Platform Vision and Architecture : Set the technical vision for platform stack across all three platforms. Define the architectural principles that govern how the three components interact, where the seams sit, and how each evolves over a 3-year horizon. You are the single platform voice that calls the major architectural decisions - graph storage and traversal patterns, orchestration primitives and agent lifecycle, training pipeline and inference economics. You will document a clear technical roadmap that shows leadership, investors, and the engineering team where the platform is going.
• Lead the Integration Studio Sub-Pod: Own the platform engineering of integration layer. The Integration Studio Lead reports to you.
