Overview

In this role, you lead the Portfolio Management team and shape the overall portfolio management strategy to ensure balanced R&D capacity and effective project execution. You operate at the interface of Research & Development, Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring transparency across priorities, resources, and performance. As Head of Portfolio Management (m/f/d) , you drive data-based decision-making and continuously strengthen portfolio management capabilities across the organization.
