Job Description
The Key Responsibilities of the Head of Portfolio Value Creation will include but not be limited to -

Support Deal Leads on all matters relating to portfolio management including both regular monitoring and follow-on investment and exit management
Regular monitoring and analysis of each portfolio company's operational and financial performance and monitoring of industry trends relevant to these companies
Build and cultivate relationships with portfolio companies' management teams and work closely with teams to help provide strategic guidance and support, including helping them to develop and execute business plans, identifying growth opportunities, identifying areas of improvement and providing a...
