Your Contribution
As Head of Product Development (m/f/d) – chargeBIG, you take overall technical responsibility for chargeBIG, including steering product development and continuously optimizing the product portfolio.
Acting as the technical lead and central point of contact for customers across all organizational levels – from operational teams to C‑level executives

Active support of chargeBIG’s business development during the scale‑up phase

Further development of the organization as well as building capabilities and enhancing the performance of interdisciplinary teams in software, hardware, mechanics, prototyping, and testing

Identification and implementation of efficiency measures, such as make‑or‑buy decisions, AI‑supported coding and analytics, test automation, and modern development methods
