Scope of responsibility
- Successfully execute projects in a timely manner, as per the agreed specifications, within the allocated budget, and with 100% compliance to standards including HSE.
- Lead the project management team.
- Report hierarchically to the local Country Manager and transversally to the Regional Project Execution Director.
Main Activities
- Lead and support the local project management team.
- Customer management.
- Lead technical communication with the customer during execution and sometimes during pre‑sales.
- EPC management – manage EPC tendering, BOM review, contractor selection, and due diligence.
- O&M management.
- Optimise designs with the Design Center based on site conditions.
- Anticipate risks and ensure insurance, permits, licences and approvals are in place on time.
