Delivery Operations Lead / PMO Specialist Location: Mexico (Remote)We are seeking a process-driven Delivery Operations Lead to support and scale delivery operations for multiple major US-based healthcare accounts.
Working closely with our Delivery Manager, you will own the operational rigor, workforce tracking, and client coordination that keeps our global teams running seamlessly.Serve as a key communication bridge between internal delivery teams, HR, recruitment, vendors, and US client stakeholders.Workforce Management: Manage the end-to-end onboarding, tracking, and offboarding lifecycle for FTEs and contractors using SAP Fieldglass and ServiceNow .
