Delivery Operations Lead / PMO Specialist Location: Mexico (Remote) We are seeking a process-driven Delivery Operations Lead to support and scale delivery operations for multiple major US-based healthcare accounts. Working closely with our Delivery Manager, you will own the operational rigor, workforce tracking, and client coordination that keeps our global teams running seamlessly. Serve as a key communication bridge between internal delivery teams, HR, recruitment, vendors, and US client stakeholders. Workforce Management: Manage the end-to-end onboarding, tracking, and offboarding lifecycle for FTEs and contractors using SAP Fieldglass and ServiceNow . Build and maintain delivery trackers (headcount, vacancy pipelines, audit compliance) and prepare executive-ready status updates.
