About the Role

The Head of Sales Iberia leads, develops and empowers field sales teams in Spain and Portugal to achieve sustainable and profitable growth. Reporting to the VP Commercial Freight Benelux & South and working closely with Country Managers, this role ensures strong coherence between commercial strategy and country P&L priorities.

The position focuses on driving new business acquisition, reducing customer erosion, strengthening pipeline management and improving conversion rates.
