Missions
Managing the Sales Teams
- Train and coach two AE Team Leaders and two BDR Team Leaders directly, and indirectly support 40 BDRs and AEs.
- Recruit and promote BDRs and AEs in their career paths.
- Organize team daily life: production time, administrative time, meetings, check‑ins, reviews.
- Lead by example and embody Skello's values.
- Motivate and engage teams toward performance and professional fulfillment.
Managing Sales Processes and Tools
- Monitor all team KPIs.
- Master sales tools and ensure correct use.
- Optimize commercial processes.
- Contribute to quota and forecast definition.
- Assign leads according to criteria with Sales Efficiency Manager.
Location
Barcelona. Reports to Marc, Spain General Manager.
