Head of Service Sales

As Head of Service Sales Finland , you will lead the Services Sales function and play a key role in growing Schneider Electric’s services business in the Finnish market. The function focuses on developing long term customer relationships and expanding service offerings across an installed base, with increasing demand driven by energy transition, digitalisation, and new infrastructure investments.

You will lead a team of experienced Service Sales Representatives and take responsibility for driving commercial performance , supporting the team in their daily work, and contributing directly to key opportunities. The business is in a growth phase, with clear expectations to further develop both the sales approach and the customer offering over time.
