The Head of Sourcing & Procurement is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and advancing St Luke's ElderCare's sourcing and procurement function in support of its mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality, and sustainable care for seniors. This role ensures that procurement practices enable the organisation to optimise resources, enhance service reliability, and support the delivery of holistic care across all service lines.

Leading sourcing & procurement strategy, governance, and supplier management, the Head of Procurement will build a forward-looking function that drives cost-effectiveness, quality, and operational resilience.
