**Role description**

**The opportunity**
The Head of Strategic Sales will be the driving force behind the adoption and growth of our Offerwall (OW) solution among Japan’s top-tier app publishers and game developers. You will lead the strategy and GTM, helping partners transform their user engagement into a high-yield revenue stream. This role requires a sophisticated consultant who understands the delicate balance between user experience (UX) and monetization in the unique Japanese mobile ecosystem.

**What you'll be doing**

+ Offerwall Expansion Strategy: Systematically identify and close high-value supply partnerships with Japan’s leading game studios and non-gaming utility apps. You will lead negotiations for long-term contracts and exclusive Offerwall integrations.
