About The Role Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will have the opportunity to lead supply acquisition, supply growth, and operational efficiency for our temporary worker app. You would develop workforce planning strategies for each of our markets, combining market trends and internal growth projections to ensure Faber is capable of supplying orders as we continue to scale. You would also lead our Operations team, developing and improving on internal processes to streamline worker placements, utilizing automation and AI tools.
