This role sits within the People & Culture function and partners closely with leaders to secure critical capabilities for the organization.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and control the effective implementation of the global Talent Acquisition strategy , ensuring consistent, traceable and high-quality recruitment and internal mobility processes, through trusted advisory to leaders and hiring managers—contributing to organizational capabilities and strategic objectives.
