Head of Technical Services

Job Purpose:

 The Head of Technical Services is responsible for leading the delivery of technical support and service excellence across the maintenance on the account. The role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all technical services, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the achievement of strategic business objective

About the role

What you'll do: 

Be the technical lead for maintenance strategy, advice and delivery as well as RCA/Investigations, recruitment and technical planning

Manage in full the cost centre P&L aspects alongside the finance team 

Provide technical consultancy as required by the Account Director and deputise for Account Director where required
