About the Role

Bybit is building the next generation of regulated digital-asset market infrastructure.

We are seeking a senior technology leader to drive the evolution of our core trading systems toward CME/Nasdaq-grade exchange infrastructure — ultra-low-latency, deterministic, resilient, auditable, risk-controlled, and regulator-ready by design.

This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the architecture, performance, resilience, and institutional readiness of Bybit’s core exchange infrastructure globally.

The ideal candidate has built or led mission-critical trading systems within exchanges, broker‑dealers, HFT firms, market makers, clearing firms, or large-scale financial market infrastructure organizations.
