Head Receptionist

Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part‑Time Head Receptionist to join our team at Mildmay Veterinary Hospital! This is a job‑share position to provide management to the reception team with secondary responsibility for all insurance claims across our three Mildmay practices. Ideally, we are looking for cover on Monday‑Wednesday and Friday afternoons, circa 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

As a Head Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals. You will manage the reception team, oversee the administration functions within the team, effect successful communication cascades, drive the recruitment cycle, deal with complaints, and keep up to date with new business initiatives.
