Job Description  
Play a strategic, hands-on leader role as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development 
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and adjacent markets. 
Lead M&A opportunities: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and synergy analysis. 
Engage with investment bankers, consultants, rating agencies, and other advisors. 
Prepare Board-level presentations and support strategic decision-making. 
Drive post-transaction integration and operational synergies.

10-15 years in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
