Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers through coaching and feedback
Ensure every class delivers a high-quality, engaging member experience
Drive member retention through proactive follow-up and relationship building
Actively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and progression
Lead weekly team meetings and conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new coaches
Monitor key performance metrics (retention, attendance, engagement)
Build local community partnerships and contribute to studio visibility
