The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the front-

of-house team during service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our

guests. We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership

skills and an excellent knowledge of wines, capable of advising guests and enhancing
