Head of Product Specialist MX

Objective

Provide technical and operational support for the assigned manufacturing process (such as cores, heat treatment, machining, metallurgy, problem solving, among others) at an organizational level. The position focuses on technical analysis, documentation, standard follow-up, and plant support to ensure effective process execution, standardization, and continuous technical performance improvement across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational support for the assigned manufacturing process across plants.

Execute technical analyses and document findings, conclusions, and opportunities for improvement.
