About the role
As a Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of fostering a proactive safety culture across both open cut and underground mining environments. Reporting to the Senior Advisor – Safety, Health and Emergency Response, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and influencing safe behaviours on site.

This is a hands on position where you’ll work closely with operational teams to provide practical support and deliver impactful safety initiatives. 

Your day to day will include:
Leading risk assessments, incident investigations (including ICAMs), and internal audits.

Building strong relationships across departments and mentoring supervisors and workers in the field.

Delivering engaging safety training and supporting return-to-work processes.
