Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support our operations in Wingfield, South Australia. In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with leaders and frontline teams to strengthen safety culture, improve systems and ensure our workplaces meet WHS requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in the field, building strong relationships and driving practical safety outcomes.
Responsibilities, include however, not limited to:
Provide practical health and safety advice, coaching and support to leaders and employees.
Help build a strong safety culture by influencing behaviors and promoting continuous improvement.
Ensure each site has fit-for-purpose health and safety plans, risk registers and effective controls in place.
Support a consistent approach to risk management, including tools such as Take 5s and JHAs.
