Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the HST Superintendent, this position plays a key role in supporting the Underground operation through the delivery of safety, assurance and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with site standards, company requirements and legislative obligations.
Providing technical expertise, guidance, and coaching on all health and safety matters, in alignment with the company’s Health and Safety Management System and applicable legislation.

Conducting verification activities and compliance checks across the operation through assurance activities, audits and various inspections.

Assisting operational departments with incident investigations, risk assessments, critical control verification and management of change activities.

Analysing safety data and incident trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
