Healthcare IT & Informatics Specialist

Interscripts, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Informatics Support Specialist in Medellín, Colombia. This role will support Clinical Informatics teams, focusing on operational support, reporting, documentation management, and workflow optimization in a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare IT support and be skilled in reporting and analytical processes. Knowledge of ServiceNow and EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
