Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Set docket, oversee discovery and consider pre-hearing motions by parties to adverse action and grievance hearings.
• Serve as hearing examiner in evidentiary hearings, rule on admissibility of evidence and other procedural matters.
• Review and provides record of administrative hearings and make recommendation regarding disposition of case.
• Maintain records and issues reports and provide other data to management personnel.
