**Overview**
Heavy Equipment Technician working in a hydralift shop, responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mobile cranes and heavy equipment. Focus on hydraulic systems, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and compliant operation.
**Responsibilities**
Assemble and install hydraulic cranes per drawings and specifications
Install and service hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders)
Mount and align cranes on truck chassis
Perform mechanical fitting of booms, outriggers, and structures
Test and commission equipment to ensure performance and compliance
Troubleshoot and repair cranes, heavy equipment, and trucks
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
