**Job Summary**
The Maintenance Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading evening maintenance operations across three WM locations - McFarland, Fresno, and Visalia - providing direct oversight, coaching, and development of technicians while ensuring preventive maintenance and standard reports are completed efficiently.
