Job description

As Helmsman GVBW you will perform various activities, such as loading and unloading, deck work and, when necessary, administrative functions.


The sailing route is primarily on the Rhine. Our new LNG-powered inland tankers are equipped with excellent facilities and accommodation.


We offer excellent working conditions and multiple rotation schedules, with Dutch social insurance and tax payments. No unpleasant surprises!

Requirements

Applicants for the position of Helmsman GVBW, Helmsman with patent or Helmsman with a sailor license AB that start working on one of the new LNG-powered inland tankers should possess the following valid certificates and diplomas:

  • Sailor Licence AB;

  • Rhine patent for the Dutch part of the Rhine;

  • VHF radio certificate;

  • Radar diploma;

  • ADN Basic.
