This essential position ensures the smooth processing and timely delivery of passenger baggage, a critical component of our operations. As the key overseer of the High-Level Control (HLC) system, you will be instrumental in maintaining its peak performance and security. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the BHS Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contractor to ensure the HLC system operates at optimal levels, achieving high availability and adhering to cybersecurity standards. Analyze system data and use analytics tools to identify potential risks and performance issues, and develop strategies for improvement.
