Job Description The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist attracts premier professional candidates utilizing a variety of successful recruiting channels. This position reviews resumes, conducts phone interviews, and presents candidates to hiring managers to fill roles internally and externally. This role ensures requisition needs are filled and provides recruiting support for hiring teams. This position monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance and makes recommendations for process improvement. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist develops relationships with prospective talent and hiring teams and creates/manages talent pipelines for future opportunities.
