Job description

We are seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a specialist SEN provision in Cheltenham. The school provides short-stay education, mentoring, and tailored support for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Years 7-11) who are at risk of exclusion or require an alternative educational setting.

As an HLTA, you will support the planning and delivery of learning activities, lead small group sessions, and provide targeted support to students with a range of additional needs.
