Higher Leval Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting and varied role ideal for an experienced practitioner who wants to make a genuine impact on pupil progress and support classroom teachers. The role will be primarily based in Y3/4 but will also involve supporting across school and include: working within a class, running intervention groups, covering some staff absence or management time, leading whole classes, speaking to parents/carers and playing a full part in our staff team.

Usual working hours will be Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 3.30pm, Friday 8.25am – 3.25pm. Term time only plus 5 training days.

Temporary post until May 2027.
