Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Stafford - Start Date : September 2026 We are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4) to join one of our partner schools within Stafford. This will be on a day-to-day supply basis with potential of being extended on a more short - term / long - term role. Your duty as a HLTA is to work alongside the class teacher by taking responsibility for teaching in some circumstances under agreed supervision. Sometimes, this may include planning, preparing and delivering learning activities to whole classes/groups you will be expected to monitor, assess and report back on students' progress and development. You will be joining a very welcoming, supportive school on a full-time/part-time basis (role dependant).
