Hil + Bms Engineer

We are hiring an experienced HIL + BMS Engineer with strong expertise in Battery Management Systems (BMS), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, and automotive embedded validation.The candidate will be responsible for validating BMS functionalities using HIL setups, developing automated test environments, and supporting EV battery system integration activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute HIL test cases for Battery Management System (BMS) validation.Perform functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing for BMS ECUs.Work on HIL platforms such as dSPACE, Vector, ETAS, or NI systems.Develop automation scripts using Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink, or AutomationDesk.Validate BMS features including SOC, SOH, cell balancing, thermal management, charging/discharging control, and fault handling.Integrate battery plant models and perform closed-loop simulations.Perform CAN/LIN communication testing and diagnostics validation.Analyze test results, identify defects, and ...
