The role involves ERP support, production portal integration, troubleshooting, reporting, user training, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations across Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Quality modules.
Monitor and support integration between the Production Portal and SAP B1.
Troubleshoot system issues, transaction errors, and portal-related challenges.
