 New Customer Acquisition Targets of the branch 
 Product wise targets of the branch

 Any other targets that will be issued from time to time 
  Team Management & Leadership:-   
 Recruitment as per approved budget & ensuring overall hi-quality & hi-performance team with minimal attrition.
