About the role: History Teacher

We’re looking to recruit a new History Teacher to join our Academic Studies Faculty at Guildford College to teach A-level History!

Students on our A-Level History courses are looking for an inspirational and engaging teacher, with a clear passion for the subject matter, to help to develop their understanding and knowledge. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the curriculum and resources for History, participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and school events, and support extracurricular activities or clubs related to the subject area. This role would suit either an experienced teacher, or a new graduate with subject knowledge, looking to progress into the teaching profession.

This is a permanent, part-time role working 17 hours per week (0.46 FTE) based at our Guildford College.
