HLTA

A South Bristol school are looking for a qualified HLTA to support across all year groups.

You’ll cover lessons across KS1 and KS2 using pre-set work, keeping routines in place and giving teachers their PPA time. Along side this there will be opportunity throughout the day to support young learners 1:1.

What the role involves:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across the school
• Supporting learning and managing behaviour
• Keeping pupils focused, engaged, and ready to learn
• Working across different year groups

You’ll shine if you:

• Are confident leading a class
• Have TA, HLTA, tutoring, or cover experience
• Stay calm when switching year groups
• Can access BS3 and BS13 with no issues
