Academics, a specialist education recruitment agency, is currently working with a well-established and inclusive SEN college in South Birmingham. We are seeking a dedicated and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025.

This role is ideal for a committed individual with a background in SEN who is looking to contribute to the learning and development of young people aged 16–25 with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and SEMH.
