The HR Data Analytics manager role is responsible for leading and shaping the Business Intelligence function within Employee Experience. This role will report to the Head of Workforce Planning and will lead a team of BI and Data engineer to deliver self-service reporting solutions, models for our people data , ensuring our solutions are high quality, consistent, and secure.
Responsibilities: 
Set the strategy and roadmap for how we evolve our self-service data ecosystem, ensuring that different personas across the business (e.g., HRBPs, managers, executives) have access to the right insights at the right time.

Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs, collect feedback, and iterate to drive improvements.

Drive a product-driven, scalable approach to designing, building and maintaining reporting solutions, and developing and managing people metrics and queries.
