*Part time minimum 44 hours per fortnight with the possibility to increase hours | 12 months contract*

We have a large community network of home care employees, home care coordinators and senior community coordinators within our Home Care team, providing domestic, personal care and social support to our clients across NSW and QLD.

The Community Coordinator position is a busy and varied role responsible for building, supporting and strengthening social, family & community networks.
