Horticulturist Helper

Responsibilities

• Clean crops and greenhouse areas.
• Harvest vegetables by hand.
• Apply fertilizers.
• Report signs of insect or disease damage.
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
• Clean work area.
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.

Products and Crops

• Vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, and other greenhouse produce.

Qualifications

No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Will train on the job.

Physical Requirements

• Fast‑paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Physically demanding work: standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
