Guest Service Support Experts take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that keep food and beverage operations running smoothly. Duties include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, replenishing supplies, and supporting transactions so they feel part of the experience.

Success requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional uniform and appearance. Guest Service Support Experts spend extended periods on their feet, moving around (standing, sitting, walking) and handling the menu (reading and visually verifying information).
