Qualifications
- Welcome and greet guests warmly on arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and seating arrangements
- Provide accurate waiting times and maintain queue flow
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house / host station
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude
- Prior F&B experience is a plus (not required for entry-level)
