Hotel Kitchen Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings of the hotel facilities and staff housing complex.
• Performs preventive maintenance of all kitchen equipment, chillers and freezers on a daily basis.
• Monitoring of kitchen equipment, chillers and freezers status.
• Report and coordinate to duty engineer materials needed for preventive maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.
• Communicate with engineering management and team leader with regards to possible improvements to increase efficiency.
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
